Room Rates 

The posted room rates are based upon a 1-2 person per room occupancy. A whole-house rental includes seven bedrooms and will reasonably accomodate 7-16 adults depending upon single or double room occupancy. "Adult" is defined as 12 years or older for purposes of our accomodations. All bedrooms have a minimum of one queen bed. Additionally, the master bedroom and the Sycamore room have a daybed and the Twin Pines room has two queen beds. Only two (2) adult persons per room is permitted.   All rates are subject to a 6% state sales tax and a 5% county hotel tax.

Deposit Policy

Payment equal to one night's stay is required as a deposit for stays of 1-3 nights.  Payment of 50% of the total charge is required for stays longer than 3 nights.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

All cancellations are subject $30 processing fee.  The remaining refund amount will be based upon the following;

For Single Room Cancellations - A refund of the deposit balance (minus the $30 processing fee) will be given if cancellation is received before 3 weeks (21 days) of the scheduled arrival date.  No refund will be given if cancellation is received within 3 weeks of the scheduled arrival date.

 For Whole House Cancellations - A refund of the deposit balance (minus the $30 processing fee) will be given if cancellation is received before 3 months (90 days) of the scheduled arrival date. No refund will be given if cancellation is received within 3 months of the scheduled arrival date.

Use and Breakage Deposit

A $150 use and breakage deposit is required for Whole House Rentals, conference room rentals, banquets, group meals and group kitchen use. This fee will be refunded on a pro-rated basis (zero - entire amount) one week post visit. The refunded amount will be determined solely by the owner.
